National Anthem of Bangladesh
The national anthem
of Bangladesh is 'Amar Sonar Bangla'. It
is part of a Bengali song of the same title written by Rabindranath Tagore in
1905. The word sonar means 'made of gold', but sonar bungalows can be
understood in song or refer to the value of Bengal. Colour of paddy fields
before harvest.
The song During the First Partition of Bengal in 1905, the province of Bengal in undivided India was divided into two parts near the British Empire; the decision was announced on July 19 by then-Viceroy Lord Curzon, who took office on October 19. This partition of Bengal against imperialism - Muslims in East Bengal and majority Hindus in West Bengal - will reduce and politically motivate India's national movement against imperialism. Among other things, such songs are meant to restore the unified spirit of Bengal and raise awareness among the people against religious and political divisions.
The first lines of
the anthem are the national anthem of Bangladesh adopted during the 1971
liberation struggle. Samar Das sang the music orchestra. Below is the English
translation by Syed Ali Ahsan. Another Brahma Bhajan composed by Tagore (Jana
Gana Mana) has been selected as the National Anthem of India.
